A Smithsonian affiliate, the museum’s exhibits conduct visitors through an explanation of Bisbee’s beginnings and what local life was like more than a century ago. One of the museum’s showcase displays is “Digging In,” which relates the history of copper mining and copper’s role in everyday life.
